We are happy to discuss what we do in detail or explain any
concepts that remain unclear. If you or a member of your family
has one of the disorders that we are studying and you have questions
or comments, please contact us. If you are a physician or genetic
counselor who would like to refer a family to our studies, we
would like to hear from you.
If you need to be assigned a username and password in order
to enter the password-protected portion of the web site, or
if you are having problems downloading any of the consent
forms, brochures, or research-related informational forms,
please contact us. We would be happy to mail you the information
that you need.
